GOD CAN FIX IT

So Solomon answered all her questions; there was nothing so difficult for Solomon that he could not explain it to her. (2 Chr 9:2)

I remember when my girls were little they would break something and then bring it to me and say, “Fix it, daddy!” Out to the garage I went where I cleared a space on my workbench and went to work. Whatever it took I tried my best to fix it. Maybe it needed a screw or some super glue or if all else failed . . . duct tape! Some jobs were sort of time consuming and my girls would be anxious and start to worry and have tears on their faces. But off I would be in widget-land with a remedy soon to be at my fingertips. How joyful my children would be when all was fixed and hearts were content.

How about you? Is there something in your life that needs fixing? God can fix it! The queen of Sheba came from afar to visit Solomon to ask him questions that she was pondering in her heart. She had heard about his wisdom and fame and wanted to check it out for herself. She came to Solomon and spoke with him about all that was in her heart. Solomon answered all her questions and there was nothing so difficult for Solomon that he could not explain it to her.

Got a difficulty? Is something broken down in your life? Could you even have a broken heart? Give it to the Lord because God can fix it!

- (Jer 32:27) "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?

- (Psa 147:3) He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.

- (Luke 11:31) . . . and indeed a greater than Solomon is here.
