What is God like? A basic and natural conception of God is that He is mysterious, far out there, and that there might be a way to connect with Him if we only knew how. But God has revealed Himself through His Word and through His Son Jesus Christ (2 Pet 1:3-4; 2 Cor 4:6). We can know what God is like. And when we know what God is like we will want to love Him and serve Him forever! Here are some of the attributes (characteristics) of God and the scriptures to go along with them.
