Do you ever remember picking teams growing up? Some of us don’t want to remember because we were always picked last. But remember the person who was usually picked first? It was that person who was the best and would guarantee a win.
Guess who’s on your side? It’s the Lord, and He is fighting for you! Is the game of life getting tough for you lately? Cheer up because Jesus is on hand and He’s going to:
- Hit it over the fence for you.
- Take it on into the end zone.
- Swoosh the final point into the hoop.
- Score the winning goal.
- Skunk the devil.
- Checkmate Satan.
- Hasta la bye-bye Lucifer!
(Rom 8:31) What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? It is impossible to lose when the Lord is on your side . . . absolutely impossible. God plus one equals a majority. Now believe it and start acting like the winner God has made you to be.
